Terminology

For purposes of this agreement (the "Agreement"), the Platform is referred to as "we," "us," or "our." Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as "you," "your," or "User." Together, "we" and "you" are collectively the "Parties," and each individually is a "Party".

Processing and Retention Periods for Personal Data

We will process and retain your personal information for as long as legally required, or for the period agreed when we collected it from you.

Collaboration with law enforcement authorities for investigations.

In general, we retain your personal data for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if it is deactivated for misuse. This period allows time for any reviews by financial institutions or investigations by authorities. If no reviews or investigations take place, we will permanently delete your data once this period ends.

If an investigation into a legal violation is ongoing, we will retain your information until the investigation concludes.

If you have any outstanding debt or credit related to your use of our services, we will retain your information until the matter is settled.

Scope of Application

This Agreement applies to all Users who trade on the Stark Tradevo Global website and its mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users must adhere to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, as well as applicable laws and regulations on personal information and data protection in their respective country or region.

Invocation

All references in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations mean the most recently amended version, whether the amendment took place before or after the Agreement was signed.

Headings

Headings in this Agreement are provided solely for convenience and do not inform the interpretation of its terms and conditions. Any reference to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules refers only to those within this Agreement.

Guidelines on the Proper Use of the Term Include

In this Agreement, 'include' shall mean 'including but not limited to' unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information Collected

By using the Platform, users consent to our use of cookies to monitor their activity and collect certain information, including IP addresses, approximate geographic locations, and other relevant data. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings to verify the identities of P2P merchants and to support the resolution of P2P order disputes. In addition, facial video (including audio) may be used for Stark Tradevo identity verification conducted on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform implements technical and security measures to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee that data sent over the internet is 100% secure. Accordingly, we do not make any assurances about the security of the personal information you submit, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your personal data.

Updates to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time. If we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the changes, including the new effective date and a description of the changes. In some cases, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.

Official announcements will be issued only via the verified contact details you have provided or through direct postings on the Platform. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on information obtained through other channels.
